PRI – NET VS PRI CPE

The signalling type should be PRI – NET or CPE depending on whether you’ll be acting as the telco or as the customer. So NET corresponds to acting as the telco and CPE (customer premises equipment) means you’re taking acting as a host / customer to the telco.

The switchtype should normally be National ISDN 2 unless your telco says otherwise.
